To register your team
for a MPS Event, please complete the following Steps:
Step #1: All players
must fill out a "2008 MPSID" Form. To fill out this
form, CLICK HERE.
The
purpose of the MPSID Form is to ask questions and obtain
information on a player's playing HISTORY to determine
if that player qualifies for the Level for which they
are wanting to play. Once the form is submitted,
that player's MPSID Profile will be listed on the "2008 TEAM
DIRECTORY" on this website. Once all the player's
profile is listed on the TEAM DIRECTORY, it is time to
proceed to Step #2.
Step #2: Fill out the
TEAM REGISTRATION FORM. To fill out this form,
CLICK HERE.
This form must be filled out for each team for EVERY MPS
event that team plays in. This is the promoter's
way of knowing a team's roster for each event.
Once you've filled out the TEAM REGISTRATION FORM, it is
time to proceed to Step #3.
Step
#3: Submit
your payment.
Submitting your payment can be done in several ways:
Option #1)
Using your Credit Card through the PayPal Website...
or... Option #2) Send a check or money order through
Snail Mail.
If you choose Option #1, you will be charged an
additional fee of $10 per L1 and L2 team and $5 per L3
and L4 team. Please include this fee with your
payment.
This additional fee covers the fee that PayPal
charges the Promoter for using their website. You
DO NOT need a Pay Pal account if you choose to pay using
your Credit Card through the PayPal website. If
you would like to submit your payment using Option #1,
click the PAYPAL graphic below.
If
you choose Option #2, you can mail your check or money
order to 613 Norris Drive | El Dorado, KS
| 67042. Checks can be made payable to:
PaintballTourney.com. There is a $30 fee for any
returned checks.
Refunds
will NOT be given to a team who pays their entry and then
decides to back out of the event.
