THE FOLLOWING TWO
QUESTIONS ARE INTENDED TO EXPRESS THAT THE MIDWEST PAINTBALL SERIES
IS INTENDED TO BE A FAMILY ORIENTED SERIES THAT IS TO BE FUN,
EXCITING, COMPETITIVE, AND SAFE FOR THE SPECTATORS AND PLAYERS WHO
PARTICIPATE. THE FIELD AND THE EVENT PROMOTER HAS THE RIGHT TO
RESTRICT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATION TO ANY PLAYER OR SPECTATOR IF THAT
PLAYER OR SPECTATOR ACTS IN A MANNER THAT IS AGAINST THE PRINCIPLE
EXPRESSED IN QUESTIONS 22 AND 23 BELOW.

If you play in a MPS Event in 2008, Do you
agree to play paintball
competitively but at the same time represent yourself, your team,
and the sport of Paintball in a manner, attitude, judgment, and
demeanor that portrays yourself to be law abiding, friendly, and
kind to others which would include players, reffs, field staff,
spectators, and any other person either directly or indirectly
associated with the Midwest Paintball Series?

Do you understand that if your actions prevent you from being law
abiding, friendly and kind to others as described in question #19,
then at the discretion of the Event Promoter and Field Management,
you can and will be asked to leave an event with no refunds given.
Definitions:
- A "Returning Player" is defined as someone who has played in two
or more MPS events in 2007.
- A "New Player" is defined as someone who has played in one or no
MPS events in 2007.
Rules:
1. Players caught with incorrect information will be suspended from
the Midwest Paintball Series with no refunds given. 2. Each player must have this form filled out prior to playing in an
MPS Event. 4. Once a 2008 MPSID form is received from a player, that player's
profile will be uploaded to the
Team Directory
page on
www.MidwestPaintballSeries.com
